Acting as an independent lending expert since 1995, I have been instructed to act in some of the largest professional negligence claims.

My professional work involves writing reports on all aspects of mortgage lending, including: self – certification, buy-to-let mortgages and commercial lending. I am regarded as an expert in all of these fields, particularly with regard to mortgage fraud.

I have given evidence in numerous trials and have attracted much praise from the solicitors and barristers involved in these cases. I have never been subjected to any judicial criticism. In recent years, I have carried out due diligence reviews of mortgage portfolios, both residential and commercial.

Within both the UK and overseas, I have acted as a consultant to banks on all aspects of credit policy. I provide law firms with specialist training courses on the role of the expert witness.
